1. General provisions

By using the Site you confirm that you have read this Agreement and the personal data processing policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit forms.

The operator may amend the Agreement; the new version applies from publication on the Site unless stated otherwise.

2. Information on the Site

Product, price, availability and delivery information is indicative, may change and may not list every characteristic of the metal products. Confirm terms with the operator’s managers before you rely on them.

Site content, including layout, text and structure, is not a public offer within the meaning of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation unless a specific document states otherwise.

3. Intellectual property

Site elements (design, text, images, logos and protectable code) are protected under the laws of the Russian Federation. Copying, distribution or other use without the operator’s written permission is prohibited where it would infringe the operator’s or third parties’ rights.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to disrupt the Site or servers, upload malware, obtain unauthorised access to data, or use automated scraping if prohibited by the operator or if it imposes disproportionate load.

5. Contact forms and enquiries

When you submit a form you represent that contact details you provide are accurate to the extent needed to respond. Personal data are processed as described in the privacy policy and the consent ticks on the form.

Consent to promotional communications (including by electronic networks) is collected via a separate tick and must comply with Federal Law “On Advertising” and related rules for electronic messages.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service. The operator is not liable for losses due to inability to use the Site, third-party actions or user-submitted content.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to external resources. The operator does not control their content and is not liable for consequences of following such links.

8. Disputes

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation at the operator’s location, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
