Personal data processing policy
This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. This page is an English convenience summary; in case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
1. Data controller

2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data the Controller obtains when you use the website spacemetall.ru (the Site), including when you submit contact or enquiry forms, or contact us by email or phone in connection with the Site.
3. Data we may process
Depending on how you contact us, we may process in particular:
- surname, first name, patronymic and/or organisation name;
- phone number and email address;
- other information you include in a message or form;
- technical data automatically sent by the device (e.g. IP address, browser type, request time), where used by technologies on the Site.
The Controller does not process special-category or biometric personal data through the Site.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data are processed to:
- handle applications and enquiries, communicate with you, and conclude/perform a contract;
- send promotional or informational messages — only where separate consent is given;
- improve the Site, maintain security and run analytics — where permitted by law and Site settings.
Processing is based on your consent, performance of a contract to which you are a party, and/or the Controller’s legitimate interests where expressly allowed under Art. 6 of 152-FZ.
5. Processing operations
The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, use, transfer (including provision and access), anonymise, block, erase or destroy personal data as needed for the stated purposes and in compliance with the law.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Data may be shared with partners and processors (hosting, communications, document delivery, email services) to the extent needed to handle your request and provide services, subject to confidentiality and 152-FZ. Disclosure to public authorities occurs where required by law.
7. Location and cross-border transfer
Processing is primarily oriented to the Russian Federation. Where technologies involve infrastructure outside Russia, the Controller complies with 152-FZ and uses such tools only as needed to operate the Site. Any cross-border transfer terms, if applicable, are reflected in the current version of this Policy and, where needed, in additional notices.
8. Retention
Data are kept no longer than necessary for the processing purposes, unless a longer period is set by law or contract. When purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, data are destroyed or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Your rights
You may:
- obtain information about processing of your personal data;
- request rectification, blocking or erasure if data are incomplete, outdated or unlawfully processed;
- withdraw consent by contacting the Controller’s email;
- lodge a complaint with the competent personal data authority or in court.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar tools for core functionality and, if enabled, analytics. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser; some features may then be limited.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page. Material changes are reflected, where possible, by the date at the top of the document.
12. Consent
Ticking “I agree to the processing of personal data” on a Site form and submitting it constitutes your consent to process the data stated in the form for the purposes described in this Policy and the form, including a separate tick for promotional communications where provided.
