How do I place an order for metal products?
Pick items in the online catalog, add them to the cart with tonnage, or use “Request a quote”. Our manager will confirm stock, volume pricing, and delivery terms, then issue an invoice or commercial offer.
Where do catalog prices come from?
Prices are updated from suppliers and warehouses. Card prices are indicative per ton; final cost depends on volume, grade, timing, and destination. If a line says “on request”, send a quote request for an up-to-date price.
Do you deliver across Russia?
Yes. We ship from partner warehouses and arrange road or carrier delivery nationwide. Cost and lead time are quoted for your address and tonnage after the request is reviewed.
What are payment terms? Is deferred payment available?
We work with legal entities under contract: prepayment, bank transfer, and in some cases deferred payment for regular clients after counterparty checks. Terms are agreed with your manager.
Do you provide certificates and GOST compliance?
For GOST and TU products we supply standard documentation where applicable: certificates and quality passports depending on the item and your project requirements. Specify the document package when ordering.
Can you cut to length?
Yes, cutting to your lengths is available by agreement. Include dimensions and quantities in your request or send a specification to the manager.
How fast do you respond to requests?
We aim to reply within 15 minutes during business hours for site and phone requests. Complex or non-standard lines may need extra time to confirm with mills or suppliers.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on product type, warehouse, and logistics. For small lines we may combine them with other items in your order — your manager will advise.
Can I see prices for another city?
Use the warehouse city selector in the header — catalog tables update for that region. Specify your delivery city in the request for an accurate quote.
